Seller never shipped the watch and then cancelled the order a week later. Made multiple excuses. Obviously had second thoughts about the sale. A deal is a deal. You need to honor your deals no matter what. Backing out of deals is bad business

The watch was damaged before shipment. Apologies for canceling and refunding your purchase. It was intended to be offered again after repair, but the buyer did not approve. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Total BS. I said that I didn't care if it worked or not and wanted it anyway. Then you came up with more excuses to not ship and finally cancelled the transaction over a week after I paid. I bought the watch and paid for it. After that point the watch belonged to me and all you had to do was ship it. You didn't like the deal that you made and unilaterally cancelled the transaction. There are consequences when you do business that way. Don't try to say that you did it to help me.
