Item was described as a Medium but was in fact an XS when it was sent. First message wasn’t responded to. Second message was responded to whereby I was informed that no refunds were given (no mention/ acknowledgement of the item or the issue) so I had to get a refund from Ebay. Most disappointed by the response. Wish I had read the other feedback about another item being incorrectly described. Open communication and a willingness to talk would help hugely.

Item not as described was described to have hardly been worn but when it arrived was rusty miss coloured and scratched also didn’t work and was covered in sticky stuff. Contacted for a refund, seller was rude I advised I would open a case with eBay however they did that and I won my case. Disgusting to even send out an item like that.
