These phones are for my 85 year old mother who has found them easy to use, she has blocked one nuisance call which is a great feature on these phones.

The product was as I expected with good volume and easy set-up. I needed something that worked with hearing aids and had easily controllable volume. It also has the amplify switch which useful. The product is as I expected; just an earlier version of this type of phone I would guess. Don't hesitate.. buy them now. I kept thinking about it then just went ahead. Nice big buttons, easy read screen, fantastic hands free option, now I can drink that cup of tea and keep talking.. Ideal for me as a senior person, Big button and Hearing aid functions, wanted this phone set alongside my landline phone so as not to miss calls when I am out in the garden or other areas indoors. Blocks unwanted or nuisance calls, but my only disappointment it will not block calls from "Unavailable numbers" or "Not available" numbers and it is these which are the most common type of call used by market research companies.
