Order placed 5/16, shipped 5/20, forwarded by USPS “because the address or ZIP Code on the label was incorrect” on 5/21. Today, 5/29, I had to open a case for “item not received.”Something clearly happened in transit and the seller has done nothing to make it right. I told them I would be opening case and they didn’t care to avoid the process so here we are. Slow handling time, a mislabeled product and an item not received case… yea, not a good experience. I would not buy from this seller again.
