This flask looks great and does what it's supposed to - keep food hot. I usually fill it with boiling water for about 10 minutes while I'm heating my soup up and this helps to keep the food hot till dinner time. I haven't used it for cold food so can't comment on that. The spoon is handy - saves having to take one and it's really easy to clean.
