    Excellent version of Omega 3-6-9

    Years ago I read Omega 3-6-9 may help deal with stress - and started taking another brand of omega. It worked for me and stopped my migraines. I read about this brand recently and decided to try it. I think I am feeling calmer and sleeping better. Would definitely recommend it

    Echiomega echiu seed oil

    Very pleased to find a vegan product, but I've been taken this for 2months 3-4 a day but haven't noticed any difference as yet,so a bit disappointed, it's a bit expensive when you don't notice any difference so not sure i will carry on maybe give it a bit longer.
