I have to return the 300 Lide Canon scanner since the disc sent with it would not install the necessary to get it to work. After 6 phone calls to Canon it was decided to return it. I have since purchased a 400Lide Canon from Ebay. Pleas send the necessary Postage arrangement

    Good product, but needs better color management

    Good product that is easy to use and works well EXCEPT that there seems to be no color management. I would have expected Canon at least to provide a generic ICC profile. There is a slight red color cast on most images when imported as sRGB images into Photoshop.

    Easy to use quality scanner.

    Works a treat, scan time is quick. No mains power needed, connects via USB making it very simple. The Scanning utility takes abit of getting used to and I don't find it as user friendly as the old Canoscan Toolbox.

    Scanner. Home office

    Great produce for the price. I use it for home office and it does the business. I had trouble scanning multiple pages using the controls on the scanner but resolved this using the controls via my laptop which will let you scan multiple pages.

    It does what it says on the Box!!!

    I had an original Lide for many years that is now not supported so I bought this as its replacement and it is even easier to use than the old omne and so much faster, very, very pleased.
