Courier delivered the parcel to the wrong address and then attached the wrong photo (of another incorrectly delivered parcel!) to the proof of delivery, but the seller could not have been more helpful trying to resolve this and it's totally not their fault. Would highly recommend this seller based on this transaction (although definitely not recommending Yodel!)
