It was double bagged and padded with styrofoam, the fish is doing well now that he’s acclimated. Good price and free shipping as well

I put them all in an aquarium and watched them. Three day in 2 of them decided it was safe now and became active, and the rest were removed as they were causing issues. I let the seller know at the outset of arrival of the package and when the 2 became active. They were responsive through the whole process and issued a refund promptly without causing any other issues.
