They are in new condition, although the boxes they were in were a bit crushed in the outer envelope, the Lightning Arrestors seem to be a of good quality and value as described. If you continue to use them you need to bubble wrap your products. I sent an email with images to "GOFO Express" your shipper, telling them they need to be aware that carless handling will result in a poor reputation. The carving frog has a crack due to their negligence. Caught live on the ring cam. I really liked the frog, Could you please send me another. Regards, Doug
