When the package arrived the font was completely jumbled and some of the lead type had become chipped and damaged. I messaged the seller immediately but all they offered was a £4 refund on the postage. I asked for a fair partial refund as it had taken me a long time to sort but they refused claiming it was never advertised as sorted.
