I am basically using a weighted vest to get more toned, by using more calories. The vest evenly distributes the weight at the front and the back, so it doesn't actually feel as if you are carrying the weight once you get moving. You do feel the weight however when you pick it up to put it on however. But otherwise a good vest

I joined the whole thing but there is no way it can be folded. I contacted the seller for help to see if they can send a video on how to fold it. They replied that in one of the picture it shows how to fold it but it's impossible to tell. This is poor customer service as the seller has not been helpful, this item has been wrongly advertised as this does not fold at all.
