    Item arrived well packaged. Unfortunately the item described in the listing did not match the item that was received. On contacting the seller they insisted that the item had been damaged in transit, which was simply impossible. Would have accepted a small part refund but none was forthcoming so had to entertain the hassle of returning the item. This whole scenario could have easily have been rectified with a better item description and better communication.
