Opened up a complaint with ebay and eventually heard from the seller offering me a refund or to send the missing items out. Asked to send the items out and was issued a refund 2 days later without any contact from the seller. Will not use again or recommend this seller due to lack of effort and communication towards their customers. Improvements required. 1 * from me.
