    FANTASTICAL PRODUCT !

    I really like THIS Garden of Life product: Raw Organic Meal (meal replacement drink). I like the vanilla flavor. I have used this product for years. For many years, I put a scoop in 8 oz. of water. Recently, I started putting it in 8 oz. of whole milk ... this fills me up more and for a longer period of time. Other reasons this product is good for me are: it is dairy free (I'm lactose intolerant; it is easy to digest (I have digestion problems; there is no added sugar (I'm sensitive to sugar & don't like how it makes me feel); it is organic (I started eating organic quite a few years ago); it's a healthy meal on the go (During these Coronavirus times, I'm not able to drink liquids whenever I want due to having to wear a respirator mask while working ... so like yesterday, I had to go ...

    A Great Meal Replacement Product

    I replace Garden of Life meal replacement for breakfast and it keeps me going until afternoon. I save money by not going to a fast food outlet for breakfast and I don't have to buy vitamins because it is very nutritious. In the beginning I mixed it with water but the taste was neutral so I spiced up with cinnamon and unsweetened almond milk.

    Makes Good Drinks

    I decided to try something new, like protein shakes. These are pretty good, don't taste too bad. I like to mix it with regular whole milk, toss a banana in the blender, and tastes great to me! Good for on the run or those times you are rushing around and need some "food" in you!

    I was worried about the taste since some reviews complained about it but it’s not an issue at all. I enjoy the vanilla flavor and actually, when I drink it, I can FEEL that it’s so natural and doesn’t have additives or other unnecessary junk that most other shakes contain. I feel so good after drinking it and lost 1 pound in just one day
