      Item arrived promptly and was well packaged. It’s reasonably well made and fair value for the price. However, the hinge doesn’t tighten fully, so the mounted device will droop when riding over bumps or at speed. It looks like someone previously tried to overtighten it, which explains the worn bolt. The seller offered a no-hassle return, but I’ve chosen to keep it and will look into modifying it to resolve the issue. Thanks again.
