Picture arrived with BUGS both on the outside of the frame and behind the glass! Obviously this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the listing. Asked the seller for a solution/partial refund and was told they wouldn't do anything because I could just clean it, then ignored. Really disappointed as I loved the picture, but this is just kinda gross.

After selling an item with the wrong shipping costs, he unilaterally cancelled the sale because it would cost an extra £1. Even though I gave him two days to wait for the item to be shipped because he said very busy and couldn't ship it immediately. Terrible seller. Be careful!
