Synopsis
An evocation of the prostitution underworld of modern-day Russia follows Joe, a young American who becomes caught up in the erotic and emotional turmoil surrounding Zoya and Gerald, who run a white slavery ring., On the eve of the Soviet Union's imminent collapse, Joe, an idealistic young American, ventures to Leningrad and Moscow in search of an unlikely salvation.
