I contacted seller and got a response in literally minutes, a nice lady named Linda said very sorry and I could keep the chili and she would send me another beef stew. I don't know how much more she could have done. I was very satisfied with this experience. That beef stew is delicious and I didn't order the chili but I'm going to eat it and I bet it's delicious too.
