    A good coffee-maker at a reasonable price

    I am very pleased with this coffee maker, as it is just the right size for me, and I still have an older larger one if I have visitors. It is neat and easy to clean, and makes better coffee simply, much better than instant. The box the coffee maker arrived in was slightly damaged and the price consequently reduced. I think these coffee makers have been returned because the description says they make 3 cups, and doesn't explain that it means 3 Espresso cups, not Americano. It actually makes a good-size mug of ordinary coffee.

    Good quality, but very small volume.

    The cafetiere is really nice quality, and arrived quickly after I placed an order. I knew it would be a smaller sized one, But I never realised that it's total volume is around 2/3 of a normal cup. So there a lot of faffing around brewing and cleaning out afterwards for less than one cup of coffee This is my fault as I should have calculated volumes better

    INFERIOR (REDUCED( QUALITY - not a patch on my previous Bodum 3 cup cafetiere

    I have always bought Bodum Caffetieras. Sadly, they now make them as THIN as possible - very dangerous fragile glass (will break easily)...with nasty sharp finishes (on extra thin plunger) and x2 'crack' like notches in the glass near the pouring spout...where it was probably held in the machinery. NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED...will in future look at different makes. Very disappointed.
