    I did not receive this item. I instead received a car catalytic converter cleaner which I will post a pic of. I ordered a total of five items from this business only got four of those. I was told that they have a photo of what they sent me and everything was correct. I have asked to see that photo and still not yet. Got to see it because I know they do not have it. I have no reason to lie a product that only cost $15. All I wanted was what I ordered and I was pretty much told that I was lying.

    The buyer is being dishonest by claiming that we shipped the wrong item and that the order was incomplete. In fact, we have thoroughly checked and confirmed that we shipped the correct item and the correct quantity as per order. We always take photo of the products together with the shipping label as proof before packing and shipping the order.
