I ordered the item on 12th July and was promised delivery by 16th-18th July, which I did feel was too long. Nothing had arrived by 19th July so I contacted ebay, who asked me to message the seller. Their response was they were "out of the country" and not due back until 23rd July! I finally received the item on 25th July.
