    What a rude man. I'm not a plumber and I asked a perfectly reasonable question only to receive what was at best a brusque reply. He has also used a different shipping service to that specified in the listing details. The worst courier available too, Yodel, they're even worse than Hermes/Evri.

    The reply was not rude in a quick message or text can seem abrupt apologies but considering the cost you paid for 4 of these I had to find the cheapest form of shipping considering what these cost over the trade counter and shipping including I would say you have a bargain so can't see why the negative feed back
