    Pre-sales communication was good but after the sales, the seller has not responded to any of my queries. First the item arrived poorly packaged and one of the stand for the Tower has come loose and the side cover to access inside of the PC does not close properly. I currently use blu-tack to hold the cover in place. Although the PC is advertised as Powerful Gaming Video Editing PC, the system I was sold came with only a NVIDA NVS 310 graphic card which is very basic and was also faulty.
