They sent an entirely different product with charcoal. Cant use charcoal due to allergy. I sent pictures of what they sent me. They do not ccept refunds and I wasn't asking for one. But I would like the product I ordered.. They tried to tell me what they sent was the same. ***Buyer Beware***
