    Watery thin coffee .

    A bit of a fiddle to use , made in China so will only last a few months and the worst thing is that it chucks the water through the coffee so quickly that it's pretty thin and tasteless . By the time I have put a small dash of milk with it , it is almost white . This is the worst coffee maker I have ever owned .

    Excellent coffee maker

    It makes excellent coffee, and keeps it hot. It also has a much sturdier build than many coffee brewing machines. Unfortunately, this is my second 20680. Just over three years on, the lovely blue light started to misbehave - mostly dimming enough to be invisible in daylight - making it difficult to know whether the machine was on or off. It still worked, though - it just couldn't be seen to be working.

    A good quality machine

    I’ve just bought one of these as I was so impressed with how well the one my mother bought (six years ago) is still working. It’s working brilliantly and it gets lots of use! They are sturdy and well made and don’t need paper filters. The nylon filter has lasted years. I would definitely recommend it.

    Good looking but expensive to run

    It looks really good on the worktop and when it's working the blue lights add an extra dimension. It does use a lot of coffee though to make a relatively small amount of liquid and it doesn't keep it hot for long although the manufacturer says that this is because coffee deteriorates if kept warm for over 40 minutes. Probably best used when you have quite a few people to make coffee for.
