    Has a mind of its own periodically!!

    This will be the 3rd of these thermostats that I have replaced. All of a sudden out of the blue, the stat will not change temperatures, or you set it at one temp, and it changes to another temp on its own. Periodically it will just stop working, if you run it up and down about 10 degrees, it will start working. I like the design, and I don't want to have to paint a wall to change it to another size base. We will just have to see how it works out. Simple design, just not reliable.
