11.Communications

The complaint must be submitted within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days, counted from the knowledge of the facts by the User, being registered in the information systems of [VS Vintage Sports], which must decide the complaint and notify the interested party within the maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt.
