    Seller mixed up shipping addresses between buyers,I received someone else's item and visa versa,total disappointment, he tried helping but didn't really do a great job,but considering seller sent item to the other side of the world,what could he really do. How do you mix up a Canadian address with a Australian one,what a disaster this was.

    Two buyers bought two similar books the same day, both went to the same international shipping hub. Either the middle got it wrong, or I possibly put the wrong book in, either way. I tried very hard to resolve this. Offered refunds, asked them to trade, offered alternative books. They would not not swap until the other got theirs first. They both got similar nice comparable out of print books, then one leaves this negative feedback weeks later. Apologized many times for the mistake
