    I was very disappointed by the condition of the item for the price I paid. It wasn't dispatched until after the advised delivery date, and then untracked instead of the stated Royal Mail 48 hrs tracked. I returned the item the day I received it. I did receive a full refund (slightly late) which was good. The seller has advised me that the delays were caused by a series of unfortunate personal circumstances.

    I would never send an expensive item untracked. As stated the item was sent Parcelforce tracked all the way.. The tracking number was provided and in fact it was Parcelforce that damaged the item and I am about to open a claim for the damage. Please note also it was sadly a little more than a series of unfortunate circumstances. I was rushed to hospital with Sepsis.. My wife sent a sincere apology for any issues. I did try my best but I was not able to do more.
