Unfortunately and through no fault of the seller my item ( a heater ) was damaged in transit by the carrier, through heavy handling Probably launched on or off a vehicle. The seller is seeking redress for the damage , but in the meantime gave me a refund. I did not ask for this , he did what he thought was the right thing and will continue his claim with the carrier.
