Took a while to connect it to her phone, it wouldn't connect through the QR code on the installation leaflet, but there is a QR code on the watch itself which allows it to bind to your phone, after that it was installed in a couple of minutes. Not sure how long it will last being a cheaper brand, but will do until the Fitbit arrives that I purchased when this one wouldn't work.
