    I know the phone was cheap but it's worth nothing, don't let me download WhatsApp. The phone came with WhatsApp, but it did not open. Ten days later, the time and date were incorrect, but it was fine. I uninstalled the app to see if I was installing it again, but couldn't. And today you are not reading my SIM card, I have already taken it out and put it back in, and nothing. Note 1 for this mobile phone.

    The phone does not look new—it has many scratches and clear signs of previous use. When attempting to turn it on, the screen only blinks and does not fully power up. This is not the condition expected for a new device. My money has not yet been received and I was told I will get it yesterday which was 18/06/2025
