    Purchased on the 1st of march, still havnt got it postage by Evri says "09:12 - Fri Mar 07 We're sorry, your parcel has been delayed. We're working to get it on its way on the next working day and We'll let you know once it's out for delivery" i opened a case on the 15th and ebay said this"eBay Customer Service has placed the case on hold until 25 Mar 2025 to allow time to provide additional documentation. The seller provided tracking information that shows the item is on its way to you. You"

    I finally got a refund on the 7/4/25 after phoning Ebay, as it just kept resetting every 2 weeks the next review was the 14/4/25 so from buying this on the 1/3/25 i got a refund by my own doing on the 7/4/25, the seller could have refunded me way before this as the item was lost in the post.

    The courier did not state that they had lost the item until after eBay settled the case that YOU raised. Once you did this I was unable to process a refund and had to wait for eBay to do it. Your comments are entirely unjustified.
