    Feeling better for it.

    I started taking these over a year ago and religiously take one a day with my muesli, it took a while to feel the benefits but I feel much better than I did a year ago. I cycle between 30 and 50 miles every weekend for 6 years and I was finding it harder so thought I 'd try these. It's taken a good 6 months but I now feel stronger and my stamina is way better than it was before taking them. Well worth a try but don't expect a quick pick me up be patient.

    Recommended by a surgeon

    When I felt a little under par after surgery the surgeon recommended a multi vitamin for the over fifties. That's a good enough recommendation for me and I've taken one a day of these for the past two years. Do they do me any good? Heaven only knows but they don't do any harm and anything is worth a shot of it improves health.

    Best for over 50s

    I have taken Centrum 50+ for years. I tried a cheaper version 6mths ago but began to feel run down. I couldn't,t think what I was doing any different. I realised it was not having Centrum . Bought some and feel back to my old self at 72. Great product
