I’m really glad I tested it with a multimeter before connecting it, as the NEUTRAL wire is shorted out to the metal casing! Lesson learned. Easiest thing I've ever laid, and thinking of getting some more for other rooms. Only problem was the rather flimsy packaging which gave my courier a bit of a problem as it split open. Thankfully no tiles were lost or broken though. Also arrived quickly and seller communication was very good
