Unfortunately, seller was unwilling to ship via Ground Advantage, which also provides tracking capability; so I had to accept the cost of Priority, which wasn't any faster -- it still took a week. Had it not been for their stance on shipping, I would have purchased the second one. Other than that negative, everything else was great.

The seller placed this in a thin plastic bag with a sticker stating to handle with care, but without any soft of bubble wrap or foam to protect it. This was an extremely fragile item. When I notified the seller it arrived broken, they replied it was not the item they shipped to me. Please look at the photos and how it was shipped. Take responsibility for not properly packaging an item instead of leaving a bad review. We have the photos! Which were sent to you and Ebay. The item was properly pacakged and protected. It's funny you mention that the item arrived broken, yet the packaging returned to us had NO damages as at all. The item returned was not the one shipped to you! Whe photograph all items shipped out including packaging.
