        This item was clearly listed as final sale with no returns accepted. Despite you being disrespectful to me, I sent you a message offering to exchange this dress for a larger size. Instead of trying to resolve this amicably, which I was willing to do, you left me a negative review. I am clearly customer service driven as I have had a 100% rating with hundreds of items sold. I hope you have success with other sellers as I will not be conducting business with you in the future.
