    Item damaged in transit because it was packaged in a flat box when it is not flat. Broke through the cardboard in 2 places and the handle was scratched up. Probably more the fault of the delivery company than the seller but disappointing regardless. The item is not of enough value to bother trying to get compensation - they can't replace it as it is no longer available thru Ikea, which is why I was buying it on ebay to start with. Seller sent it fast and comms good. Thanks!

    Package was lost by Evri. Package was not delivered to the post until the Wednesday after the sale on Saturday. Evri did not bother to pick up the parcel. Last update a week later states parcel being sorted at senders hub. Evri customer services involved, but after saying they would contact me, there has been no contact. DO NOT USE EVRI!
