      No issue with the Stetson Open Road, it was as described and as shown in pics. My issue is packaging and shipping. Hat was just thrown loose in a standard cardboard shipping box. No tissue, no newspaper, no peanuts, bubble wrap, no plastic bag, absolutely no thought at all. It just bounced around during its journey arriving with the brim folded over. I should be able to steam it out, but think a smidge more care should have been given.
