      Tracking did not show any shipping details, I did not receive item I paid for, I waited an extra week after delivery estimate from eBay. I texted seller that I hadn’t received item and that I wanted a refund. Seller gave me excuses, that’s when I asked eBay for help with my refund. eBay investigated and gave me my refund.

      May I first stress that my positive feedback from my honest customers speaks for itself. When you purchased your item I provided tracking, which clearly showed that the item was posted but never reached the depot. I sent my apologies and made it clear I was going to make a claim. I have all the receipts as evidence. You were clearly upset - To be dishonest and say I made excuses was very disrespectful. EBay never investigated me and you received your refund. Very disappointing with your claims.
