No packaging around cd's so they had moved around alot, and quite a few were damaged as the box looked to have been thrown around and severely squashed. A bit I'd packaging or tighter fitting box would have stopped this. Apart from this, item as described and great value.

I sent them a message to ask if they had any updates on where it was, and although they sent it out the same day I ordered it, Royal Mail wouldn't attempt delivery for some reason. The seller very kindly offered a refund, no issue. I got it the next day. Really appreciate that the seller did that because I could then order something else. So thank you :)
