    Best version of the "original" D&D

    One review of this, the 2nd version of the 2nd edition D&D Player's Handbook said this was the pinnacle of D&D as envisioned by Gary Gygax and Dave Arneson, and I have to agree. Well organized. Good explanations. Great art. Everything from OD&D white box to this was a refinement of the rules with this being their best form.
