    Product was packaged in a flimsy bag , was posted through my letterbox and left hanging , I come inside from work to find the corner being ripped and nothing inside, evri are no help and I haven’t got my item!? The video I have shows her bending the parcel indicating there is nothing inside as she takes it out her car , either never sent or item ripped and fell out in transit

I assured you I posted the parcel, why would I post an empty package with a huge rip in it? EBay confirmed they have not seen this as my fault and refunded you - We've reviewed your case and have decided to issue the buyer a refund of £13.00 without any impact to you.This case is now closed. You aren't required to reimburse the buyer.
