      Unfortunately I received one wrong item and not the two that I had ordered. I have given the vendor positive feedback as he made every effort to recover my two manuals from another purchaser who has failed to respond to a request to return the items that I had ordered.

      I am really sorry for this embarrassing error and consequent disappointment to Railwayjohn. Transposition of two identical looking parcels meant that two customers got the wrong items. After several attempts to get the other party to engage, unfortunately, after the initial terse and unpleasant communication he has refused to engage with all efforts to rectify the situation even when offered his item free of charge and and all return expenses paid by myself - nowt as queer as folk I am afraid
