My very small silver necklace came in a padded envelope that felt empty i thought nothing was inside. I tore the top off and tore the necklace apart. It was wrapped in a small amount of cellophane when it should have been between cardboard to insure its safety not only shipped but customers ability to detect it. A flat pee size is not except able
