    Was a bit concerned at first because they literally shipped the bulbs in standard bubble envelopes with no sturdy box or thick wrap for protection. They could have easily been crushed/broken this way. But they work and I’m happy with the items.

    Purchased for my Bobsweep robot. The brush did not fit as advertised. I contacted the seller who asked I install the brush and send photos which I did. I asked the seller to send a return label. They responded they would refund 30% and keep brush. I declined and asked again for a return label. They replied they would refund 60% of the cost and suggested I sell it to someone else. (What ?) I declined asked for label. Seller response I had to pay shipping. USPS $20 for a $10 item. Buyer beware
