    Only thing positive was i got a refund. The dvd recorder didn't work and the box was busted up as it wasn't packaged tightly just bubble wrap around the machine and nothing else to secure it in the box like newspaper or packing peanuts or more bubble wrap. Messaged seller 2 times before the machine was shipped and message 2 times after i got it and never got 1 reply. There were dents on the machine that weren't in the description. I won't buy from again!
