    87ACF Diagonal Cutter Pliers

    The Diagonal Cutters that I received, did not appear to be UNused, or maybe they just had a lot of shelf wear on them, as the steel had quite a bit of pitting that one would not see on a new tool. I purchased them as a gift because I saw them on Jay Lenno's Garage program. They hyped the ease of cutting a lot more than is the actual fact. They appear to be good cutters and my brother will probably get many good years of use out of them.

    These tools are obviously not for everyone. Very high quality, but for the average home owner you can buy 3-4 pairs of big box store versions that come with lifetime warrantees.
