After originally stating I had returned the item in a damaged box and only offering a partial refund they did admit to an error at their end,eventually blaming and I quote "the packing boy" for the error.Even though the picture he sent me was obviously from his kitchen worktop. Dragged their feet right throughout the process .Hope I'm not right but I like to bet a few other people have been shown that same photo .Just saying how I feel.
